Welcome to MiniFigz. By purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

• All products are carefully assembled using high-quality LEGO-style plastic bricks and securely fixed in place.
   
• Due to the handcrafted nature of our framed MiniFigure displays, slight variations may occur.
   
• Our products are not affiliated with LEGO®, Warner Bros., or any official franchise. They are inspired collectibles made for fans.
   
•  All orders must be placed through our website, and payment is required at checkout. We accept secure online payment methods made available during the checkout process. Once an order has been placed, it may not be possible to change or cancel it, as many items are prepared to order.
   

• We currently ship to the United Kingdom.
   
• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via Royal Mail.
   
• Delivery times may vary depending on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
   
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
   

•  All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue. We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or another suitable resolution at our discretion. We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery through mishandling, misuse or improper care.
   

• All images, designs, and product descriptions on our website are the property of MiniFigz . Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
   

• Our products are intended for display purposes only and are not toys. Small parts may pose a choking hazard. Keep out of reach of young children.
   
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
